Room Hire
Castlefield Community Centre has two rooms available for hire during the week and on weekends.
The rooms can be hired for one off events or for long term programs and support groups.
Our Centre is wheelchair accessible and there is a kitchen area available for use.
Please note that you require your own Public Liability insurance to hire a room at
our Community Centre. You can provide your own or purchase it from us for $40.
Room 1
Our larger room is approximately 5.5 x11.5 metres. It is light, bright and airy with windows on both sides. From this room you are able to access our internal courtyard that is set up as a children’s play area. The indoor space has a wooden sprung floor and removable rugs. A small kitchen with servery is available. The room is currently used for children’s activities, workshops, club meetings
and centre programs.
When hiring our facilities you have access to the following equipment:

Access to an outdoor area (depending on availability and consultation with staff regarding times)

FEE: $35 per hour or $90 for 3 hours
Room 2
Our smaller is approximately 6m x 4m. The space opens out to our courtyard where our gardening group has a vegetable patch and you can sit amongst the flowers. A whiteboard and folding tables make the room set up flexible. This space is ideal for meetings, workshops, consultations, body corporate meetings and group activities.
When hiring this room you have access to the following equipment:
